SMART-BUDGET PACKAGE

The services of the SMART-BUDGET package are EXACTLY WHAT YOU`RE LOOKING FOR if you want a detailed concept of your future home. We will design it, subsequent to which you will implement the project, i.e. put into practice the solutions we have found for you. The package includes the following services:

  • Meeting the SMART HABITAT team – It is within this get-together that we find out what you wish for in  style, budget, color and personal requirements.
  • Revealing - Making detailed measurements of the entire space to be arranged. Processing the dimensions shown in specialized software.
  • Concept Concoction - 3D Screenshots –envisioned as 3D photorealistic images from every room of your home. You will get an actual insight of the entirely arranged space.
    In this very stage you can get as involved as you want. One or more members of our team can escort you in showrooms to choose some parts of the design, we can propose several image-based options to choose from or you can leave everything to us, which means we become fully responsible for choosing all the pieces until the presentation of the arrangement.
  • Technicalities – As a follow-up of the project display, we coordinate and finalize the technical plans needed for the implementation of the project.
  • Shopping List - We will provide you with a chart of all furnishings used in your home arrangement, alongside links to online stores you can purchase them from.

 

ALL-SMART PACKAGE

The ALL-SMART package is perfect for you if you want us to deal with all the stages of your home design, from design to site supervision. We ensure that the layout complies with all the details of the project to the letter, so that you can eventually enjoy the home to such an extent that you truly feel at home. The package includes the following services:

  • Revealing - Making detailed measurements of the entire space to be arranged. Processing the dimensions shown in specialized software.
  • Concept achievement - furnished plan and moodboard. You will have visual contact of the space arrangement of the dwelling and a collage of images of the finishes and furniture items used to create an overall picture of the proposed  style and atmosphere.
